Roast beef, Smoked Bacon, Cheddar, Balsamic Onion Chutney, Dijonaise, Lettuce and Tomato on an Italian Hoagie Roll.

Thinly sliced beef marinated in Korean spices, provolone cheese, cole slaw, jalapeño barbecue sauce on a toasted soft roll.

Jan. 13–18:  Triple Rock Veggie Special

Garden-fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and peppers on a toasted French roll.

Jan. 20–25:  Chicken Cholula

Griddled chicken marinated in Green Chili Cholula & Jalapeño Ranch Dressing, house spread, lettuce, tomato, crisp jalapeño, Pepper Jack cheese, prepared hot on a French hoagie roll.

Jan. 27–Feb. 1:  The Braised Blade

Slow-and-low cooked pork, housemade cole slaw, and barbecue sauce on a toasted brioche bun.
